First, after receiving the tour request from client, we will proceed to analize the request.
If there is question(s), we will contact you for more information.

Maximum 2 days after the request, we get back to you with a tour proposal.

You can edit the tour proposal as much as you wish until satisfied, then kindly send us an email which clarify that you confirm the proposal.

After finish booking, Magnolia send you a confirmed program and a Proforma Invoice for payment.
The payment can be made via bank transfer or via credit card. Magnolia requires a payment of at least 30% after confirmation, and 70% on arrival.

01 week before arrival, we send you all the document(s) neccessary for the trip: final program with the most updated information included name and phone number of the tour guide(s), flight's time and code, hotel's address and phone number; air ticket and/or train ticket if served; visa authorization if neccessary.

On tour: We will keep contact with tourists or tour guide(s) and will update you during the travel time.
