Đầu năm 2018, đội ngũ nhân viên đã mở rộng lên 10 người: thêm nhân viên phục vụ và nhiều nhân viên vận hành hơn. 2018 Năm 2019 là một thành công lớn đối với Magnolia, với sự tham gia của anh Fabio Cappiello, một người Việt Nam yêu Việt Nam sống tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, chúng tôi chính thức khởi động các tour du lịch có trách nhiệm và hướng sản phẩm của mình ngày càng có trách nhiệm hơn: thăm các địa điểm dự án của các tổ chức phi chính phủ tại Việt Nam và Campuchia, thăm các doanh nghiệp có trách nhiệm, sử dụng các sản phẩm hữu cơ (bao gồm thực phẩm hữu cơ, rau sạch thân thiện với môi trường ...) trong chuyến đi, kết hợp sâu sắc hơn với văn hóa Việt Nam bằng cách nói chuyện chậm rãi với người dân địa phương, nghệ nhân và võ sư, và bằng cách này khuyến khích khách du lịch có nhiều chuyến đi đến Việt Nam. Sự hợp tác không chỉ với các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ như khách sạn, hướng dẫn viên du lịch, nhà cung cấp dịch vụ vận chuyển… mà còn với cộng đồng ở mỗi nơi chúng tôi đặt chân đến, cảm ơn mối quan hệ bền chặt với các tổ chức phi chính phủ như GTV (Gruppo Trentino Volontario), Mekong Plus,… và nhiều doanh nghiệp có trách nhiệm với xã hội khác. Cùng với các tour du lịch giải trí, chúng tôi cũng quản lý một số nhóm MICE lên đến 70 người: Sur le pas du Thầy Thích Nhất Hạnh, hoặc CHIESI GROUP của những người nông dân là hai trong số những thành tựu nổi bật của chúng tôi. Giữa năm 2019, từ mảnh đất của một gia đình ở Sơn Tây, cách Hà Nội khoảng 60km, nhóm Magnolia đã thực hiện dự án cải tạo lại tàn tích (đó là một biệt thự xây dở, có hồ bơi nhỏ) toàn cảnh ra hồ Đồng Mô. Covid-19 là một đòn giáng mạnh vào ngành du lịch trên toàn thế giới, và với tư cách là một nhà điều hành tour du lịch trong nước, Magnolia không bị loại trừ. Sau 6 tháng, hầu hết các thành viên trong nhóm của chúng tôi đã giải tán, chỉ còn lại 1 người để duy trì Homestay Long Hồ đã hoàn thành vào tháng 8 năm 2020. Sau 6 tháng vận hành Homestay Long Hồ với vai trò quản lý tài sản, công việc kinh doanh và năng lực của chúng tôi đã khởi sắc trở lại. Chúng tôi ra đầm Long Hồ, một cù lao trong hồ Đồng Mô, cách Homestay Long Hồ chỉ 200m, cả hai đều thuộc thôn Long Hồ, xã Kim Sơn, huyện Sơn Tây, Hà Nội và bắt đầu địa điểm cắm trại. Trong thời gian đó, chúng tôi đã tạo dựng được mối quan hệ bền chặt với cộng đồng của ấp Long Hồ và từng bước trở thành một công ty quản lý điểm đến thực sự.
